Open Question: Should i refinance my home or process a home equity loan to borrow money?

We got approved for a loan w/ 100% fianncing but the payments are high due to PMI. Our price is about $15K less than the home value, thus we should have some "instant equity". We are just wondering how soon we could refinance in order to have lower payments? There is no pre-payment penalty on our current loan, but since we do not have our own money invested yet, we are wondering if we'd be able ro refinance soon?

Open Question: buying a buyout?

I went to trade my car in because it is bleeding me dry. I had a 636 beacon score. My buyout is 10300 and my transe is 4750 so the bank wants a cosigner because of the negative equity? I dont want to go with a cosiger so what I am thinking is asking the bank for a loan for 6000 and buying out the car myself? Will I beable to get a bank line of credit with my credit score? I live in ontario canada

Open Question: Buying a home and needing money to renovate?

I am trying to sell my house and I want to buy a fixer upper that is liveable, but needs extensive renovation work. How can I get money on top of the loan to use to do repairs? I was told I wouldn't qualify for a home equity loan because I will not have lived in the new house long enough.
